Man arrested for harmful materials on plane.
A man wearing
a bulletproof vest and fire-resistant pants was arrested at the LA
international Airport after finding a smoke grenade is his luggage. Authorities
also found a gas mask, leg irons and weapons within his luggage. This
happened on Tuesday, it is weird because on Friday before the day the man was arrested,
A 28 year old Yongda Huang Harris was arrested Friday on suspicion of
transporting harmful materials on a flight from Japan to Boston. This could be
related to the 9/11 attacks that airplanes are endangered by people with
harmful ideas or weapons. Harris is a United States citizen, living in Boston.
He recently started working and living in Japan. Police have no idea what
motive he had with the materials and don’t believe he is linked to a terrorist
organization. Police are not sure what the materials were in his luggage.
